What is the difference between equipment and mat?

Put quite simply, the mat work is Pilates without the equipment and Gyrokinesis is Gyrotonic exercise without the equipment. We offer private (1 person), semi- private (2 people) and group (3-4 people) sessions on the equipment. These sessions are taught by members of our staff and are scheduled as appointments. The Pilates mat classes and Gyrokinesis class are the floor based exercises that are an integral part of each system. No equipment needed and we provide the mats! These classes can be larger in size and are taught by a rotation of our staff. We currently offer some in person and some online classes.

It can help you age with confidence, more balance and vigor. We are inspired by our oldest clients here.
