Adding to the GYROTONIC® Experience
At reFORM Pilates and Movement, there will be the addition of another tower and in the Spring on 2008, yet another tower so by June of 2008, reFORM will have 3 Towers. We will have Gyrotonic duo sessions available by February 1st 2008 with the hope of adding Gyrotonic Trios by March of 2008. The addition of the Towers and the expansion of Gyro in the studio and in the Annex will allow more people to enjoy the Gyrotonic experience. Both Kelli Kessler and Teresa Lee are certified Gyrotonic Instructors. With the Gyrotonic Introductory Package of 3 private sessions for $150, you can prepare for group sessions or continue to work privately to further improve your Gyrotonic workout. reFORM also offers Open Studio (have the word be a link the open studio section of site) for Gyrotonic. Please ask your instructor if you are ready to take the next step towards working out independently.
Foul Weather Policy
As the skies begin to darken and foul weather moves in, it is important that everyone be aware of our inclement weather policy. If a storm hits that threatens the safety of city streets, reFORM has made the decision to follow the Portland Public School Closure Guidelines. If there is a late opening or early closure, reFORM will remain open. IF schools are closed, reFORM Pilates will be closed. The reform outgoing voicemail message will be changed to dually notify students of any change in the schedule. If bad weather should hit, please click here to find out if Portland Public Schools will be closed. The 24 hour cancellation policy still applies if the schools are open and we are open.
