Apprentice sessions with Amy subach Every year reFORM accepts 1-2 students to complete advanced studies and continuing education under the watchful tutaledge of the reFORM staff. After completing 500 hours of formal study and certification, "the apprentice" is ready to put study into practice. Apprentice sessions are a great way for this year's apprentice Amy Subach to practice her craft and for a client to get detailed and focused instruction. Apprentice sessions are also a more affordable route for a Pilates enthusiast to get the requisite equipment experience in preperation for duos and/or trios.
